World Oceans Day 2019 – Reefs Go Live at the Camana Bay Cinema

For the second year, CCMI held a special World Oceans Day Reefs Go Live broadcast at the Camana Bay Cinema.
A total of 140 Grand Cayman ‘dive buddies’ at the Cinema were able to go on this virtual live dive, where they explored the beauty and diversity of coral reefs, learned why reefs are so important to the Cayman Islands, and saw first hand what CCMI is doing to help protect and restore coral reefs. If anyone in the Cinema had a question, they could WhatsApp it to the Little Cayman dive team, and selected questions were answered live during the broadcast! Attendees left excited to participate in the Healthy Reefs Challenge and take action to protect coral reefs.
